Changeover Day was created by Sharon Morgan, a highly motivated professional with over 20 years experience in both hospitality and property management. Sharon began her career in the hotel industry operating in 5 star London hotels both administratively and operationally.  After leaving London over 15 years ago, to pursue a quieter life and raise her family, she discovered the beauty of the Cotswolds.

Based in Broadway, Sharon acquired her own holiday cottage in Stow on the Wold where it soon achieved 5 star status.   Alongside this she also owns private rentals on shorthold tenancy agreements and personally manages these.

‘I have extremely high standards and am very organised therefore it seemed only natural to put these skills to good use and help other holiday home owners who are looking for a quality changeover service’.

There began Changeover Day.  With a qualified hands on background in both hospitality, housekeeping and property management Sharon has translated this on to a dedicated team, who also share her vision to become the preferred choice for holiday home and second home owners looking for a quality changeover service within the Cotswolds.
